1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and AlphaZ Games ("we", "us"). They apply when you use our website or play one of our games. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the games. If you download a game from Google Play or the Apple App Store, that store's terms also apply to the download and to any purchase.
2. Who may use the games
You must be at least 13 years old (14 in the Republic of Korea) to play our games. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.
3. Your license
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. The games and everything in them, including code, art, music, text and names, belong to AlphaZ Games or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, sell, rent, reverse engineer or distribute them, except where the law gives you that right regardless of these terms.
4. Fair play
Do not cheat, use bots or modified clients, exploit bugs for advantage, interfere with other players, or attempt to access data or systems you are not meant to reach. If you find a bug or a security problem, tell us at [email protected]. We may suspend or end access to a game for anyone who breaks these rules.
5. Purchases and virtual items
Some games may offer in-app purchases of virtual currency or items. Virtual items have no money value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are a limited license to use a feature inside the game. Purchases are processed by the app store you use, and refunds follow that store's policy. We may change, rebalance or retire virtual items as part of keeping a game working; where a change removes something you paid for, we will offer a reasonable replacement.
6. Updates and availability
We update our games to fix bugs, add content and keep them working on current devices. We may stop supporting a game or an old version. Online features depend on networks and services we do not fully control and may be unavailable at times.
7. Your content
If a game lets you enter a name or share something, you keep ownership of it and give us a license to display it inside the game as needed to provide the feature. Do not post anything unlawful, hateful or that infringes someone else's rights.
8. Disclaimer
The website and games are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about them, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection law gives you and that cannot be waived.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, AlphaZ Games is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or games, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by our intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow it to be excluded.
10. Ending this agreement
You can stop using the website or games at any time by deleting them. We may end this agreement if you breach these terms. Sections 3, 8, 9 and 11 survive termination.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
12. Changes
When these terms change, the effective date at the top is updated. For a material change that affects a released game, the game will tell you on next launch. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
